Is it really free for buyers?
Yes — completely free, always. Search listings, chat with your AI Concierge, save properties, book viewings and make offers at absolutely no cost.
What does R150 per booking actually mean for agents?
You only pay when a viewing is confirmed — not when someone enquires, not when they message you, not when they browse your listing. R150 is charged at the moment you press "Confirm Booking". It is invoiced at the end of each month.
Can I buy booking credits in advance?
Yes — agents can purchase bundles of 25, 50, 100 or 500 booking credits at a discount from their dashboard. Credits never expire, so there is no pressure to use them by a certain date.
Is there a monthly subscription for agents?
No. There are no monthly fees, no subscriptions and no minimum spend for agents or agencies. You pay only for confirmed viewings.
How long does a private listing stay live?
Private listings are live for 2 months. You can relist for R99 after that if your property has not yet sold or let. There are no other fees for private listers — no commission, no agent fees.
When does the supplier free period end?
Suppliers get 6 full months free — no credit card required, no automatic billing. After 6 months you can choose R2000/year (save 16%) or R199/month, and you can cancel the monthly plan at any time.
Are there VAT charges?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added once PropertyAIgency is VAT registered. We will communicate this clearly before it takes effect.
